The 2018 scorecard tracks nineteen votes taken by the Council from 2014 to 2017, in three categories described below. The votes selected represent moments when progressive local advocates and activists called on Councilmembers to take a clear stance for racial and economic justice. They also provide a picture of which issues have advanced – and which have languished – due to Council support or opposition.
